I’m a Web Experience Architect with experience working on portals, web applications, product marketing pages, and community sites. My passion is defining valuable (for company and audience), usable, and enjoyable experiences both online and off. My primary focus has been the web but I have strong interest in cross-channel experiences that include web, social media, products, packaging, services, processes, support, phone, and physical spaces.
